Why are you increasing your website hosting fees?
We are committed to maintaining the highest level of security and reliability for your website. Our operational costs—including server security, licensing fees, and proactive maintenance tools—have risen over the past several years. Crucially, we are now formally including proactive monitoring and management of all your website’s plugin and theme updates in every package. This ensures your site is always running the latest, most secure versions, which requires additional dedicated team time.
When will the new pricing take effect?
The new hosting packages and pricing will officially take effect on January 1, 2026.
I haven’t seen a price increase from you before. Why now?
We have absorbed rising costs for many years to maintain a stable rate for our clients. We have avoided raising prices until we could formalize the new level of proactive service (like dedicated update management) and offer clear, value-based package options that better fit our clients’ evolving needs.

What is included in the standard Monthly Website Hosting package ($49/month)?
This package ensures your site is secure, reliable, and up-to-date. It includes:
- Secure, reliable hosting infrastructure.
- Proactive Security: 24/7 monitoring, malware scans, and firewall protection.
- Daily Website Backups: Protection against data loss.
- SSL Certificate: Data encryption for security and SEO benefits.
- Plugin & Theme Update Management: Our team monitors and manages all necessary technical updates on a weekly basis.
- 24/7 support for hosting issues.
What is the Monthly Website Hosting + 1-Hour of Work package ($199/month)?
This package bundles all the features of our standard hosting plus a pre-paid hour of flexible, dedicated team time each month. It’s designed for clients who frequently need small, regular updates or support.
What can I use the included 1-Hour of Work for?
This time is flexible and can be applied to almost any task where you need our expertise, such as:
- Website Updates (image additions, text updates, menu updates, page additions).
- Graphic Design (business cards, flyers, brochures, mailers).
- Strategizing new features or marketing efforts (Consultation Time).
- Receiving hands-on training for managing your site’s content (Training Time).
- Investigating non-hosting-related site errors (Troubleshooting).
- Help with connected services like email setup or domain organization (Account Organization).
Does the included hour roll over if I don’t use it?
No. The Monthly Hosting+ 1-Hour of Work package includes one dedicated hour of team time per month, which resets at the beginning of each billing cycle. This helps us efficiently manage our team resources and ensure you receive consistent service.

Can I save money by paying annually?
Yes! Our Annual Website Hosting package is $499, which provides you with a full year of our standard hosting and saves you $89 compared to paying month-to-month. Our Annual Website Hosting+ package is $1,999, which provides you with a full year of our standard hosting and saves you $569 compared to paying month-to-month.
What if I need more than one hour of work in a given month?
We are always here to help. If you need additional time beyond the included hour, we will simply bill the extra time at our standard hourly rate, which we will discuss before starting the work.
What do I need to do now?
